TeleMed Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic supporting patients in optimising their health through peptides and other sterile compounded medicines. Our focus areas include anti-ageing and vitality, muscle support, injury repair and recovery, gut health and immunity, hormone therapy, weight loss, skin care, cognitive health and sexual health.
We are now seeking a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner to join our team — someone who is passionate about telehealth, excels at patient communication, can work in a high-paced environment whilst maintaining a positive attitude and culture, and plays a pivotal role in pre-screening consultations that prepare patients for treatment plans and programs with our medical practitioners.
The Role
- Conducting comprehensive pre-screening consultations via telehealth to gather detailed patient histories, symptoms, and goals across all areas.
- Preparing and documenting to assist doctors in prescribing and treatment planning.
- Building rapport with patients, ensuring they feel supported, understood, cared for.
- Identifying potential risks, red flags, or contraindications and escalating appropriately where needed.
- Supporting the patient journey by explaining processes and answering questions.
- Working closely with doctors, pharmacists, and admin staff to ensure seamless flow of care.
- Contributing to the development and refinement of SOPs related to patient onboarding and consultations.
- Staying current with telehealth practices and emerging approaches
- Assisting with onboarding and mentoring of new nurses where needed.
- Prescribing where applicable (for nurse practitioners)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow up telehealth consultations and collect comprehensive patient information.
- Accurately document patient notes and upload into clinic systems where needed.
- Prepare information for doctors to support efficient prescribing.
- Support patients with education, process guidance, and communication.
- Escalate clinical concerns or complex cases to the appropriate doctor.
- Maintain compliance with AHPRA standards and TeleMed clinical protocols.
- Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to practice improvements.
- Provide input into the design of patient care processes that enhance outcomes.
About You
We’re looking for a nurse who is not only clinically capable, but also passionate about telehealth and the future of optimisation medicine.
- AHPRA-registered Nurse (essential).
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote patient management, and highly tech-efficient
- Skilled at building rapport with patients, with a warm and professional presence.
- Passion for optimising health and improving patient outcomes across preventive, wellness, and longevity therapies
- Team-oriented, proactive, and confident in clinical communication.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing, innovation-driven clinic.
