What You'll Do
* Be the eyes and ears on the ground —monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure top-tier quality and compliance.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with site staff and investigators.
* Drive recruitment strategies and help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.
* Ensure every detail is in place—from regulatory documents to data integrity.
* Mentor junior team members and grow as a leader in the field.
What You Bring
* A degree in life sciences or healthcare (or equivalent experience).
* 4+ years of on-site monitoring experience to be considered at a Senior Level
* Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial operations.
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and mobile tools (iPhone/iPad).
* A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for excellence.
