Lead the Environment Team to enhance the value of nature, build environmental resilience and care for Country across Darebin. This position has a strong leadership focus on building collaboration, natural resource management and environmental strategy.

**About the Role**
Lead a dynamic team of passionate environmental professionals to protect and enhance Darebin's natural environment. By driving the implementation of environmental strategy, developing strong partnerships and playing a strong advocacy role. This position will lead the environment team to enhance the value of nature, build climate resilience and connect people with nature.
**Skills & Experience
- Tertiary Qualification in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or Environmental Management (or equivalent).
- Experience in managing technical aspects of bushland management, water quality management, biodiversity and/or urban forest management.
- Experience in Team Leadership and workplace culture.
- Experience in developing or delivering environmental strategy.
