About The Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the Elders Rural Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining the State team, you will be joining a team with a successful history in rural real estate sales for over 40 years. In this role, you will be supporting a variety of Rural Sales Representatives across Queensland.
This is a varied role that will see you provide superior administrative and sales support to our Rural agents. In this newly created position, you will assist with buyer enquiries, lead prospecting and CRM management support to various agents, in various locations with different operating styles. This role will also allow for exposure to the sales process and can be seen as a stepping stone to becoming an Elders Sales Agent.
With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and be supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the branch, you will:
* Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting
* Work towards being a subject matter expert in our base CRM system, Agent Box
* Assist State Manager and agents with research and external platform support (Qld Globe, Agtuary, Price Finder etc)
* Provide administrative support to the rural sales agents statewide
* Support the current sales support officer with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from rural sales agents
* Prepare and develop templates and buyer match collateral to support specific sales campaigns.

* Creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
* Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
* Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community
