You will need to have great people skills with an enthusiastic manner, be well presented and have a can-do attitude with an ability to be guest focused at all times.
**Some responsibilities include**:
- Welcoming and hosting customers in a first class automotive showroom
- Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge
- Handling administrative tasks
- Answering calls and returning calls, taking messages
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
- Sending and receiving parcels
- Making customer beverages (barista and cafe experience preferred but not essential)
