Your responsibilities will include:
- generating weekly and monthly sales reports
- handling telesales and order processing
- minute taking
- putting together presentations
- providing general administration support
You will also be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring accurate invoicing and delivery, and resolving any complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
**The Successful Applicant**:
To excel in this role:
- you will need to have excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- a customer-centric attitude
- previous experience in a similar role and/or processing sales orders
- exposure to the food industry is desirable, but not essential
- be Mandarin or Cantonese speaking
- advanced MS Excel experience including knowledge of pivot tables
