Evidence Analysis Role Overview

Job Description:
As an Evidence Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of criminal briefs, court books, and other documents for use in court. You will provide timely, accurate, and effective extraction, filtering, analysis, and export of evidentiary material collected by ASIC using document management and litigation support tools. You will also collaborate closely with our team of Consulting Analysts to implement and report on progress of evidence review within ASIC's evidence management system.
You will follow established procedures to support and administer assigned cases within ASIC's evidence management system. You will provide advice and support to internal clients with evidence management inquiries. You will manage workflow systems in accordance with agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
About You:
* With your experience in eDiscovery, legal services, professional services, or operational/data processing environments, you will have technical expertise and skills to resolve complex enquiries and issues as they arise.
* You will have effective stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills, with the ability to present information to varied audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in the use of litigation support tools such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation EDT, Relativity or similar.
* Data and digital skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), relational databases (MS Access).
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a high-volume and dynamic processing environment.
