We are seeking an experienced Head of Property to join our growing Space Urban team based in Somersby.About the Role The Head of Property is a newly created role to work with the existing team oversee the strategic and operational management of Space Urban's property assets nationwide. You will lead all leasing, acquisition, and disposal activities, manage agent and tenant relationships, and ensure the portfolio is performing at its highest commercial and operational potential.This senior role combines commercial negotiation, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing capability — ideal for a proven property professional with a current Real Estate Licence and deep sector knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all leasing activity across the portfolio – including negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and strategyOversee property acquisitions and disposals – from agent engagement to due diligence and transaction managementMaintain strong relationships with agents, valuers, and consultants to identify new opportunitiesOversee strata-managed assets, representing company interests on Owners Corporations and ensuring complianceDevelop a robust property database and manage online listings, campaigns, and marketing materialsAbout You To succeed in this role, you will bring:10–15 years' experience in property management, leasing, and transactionsDegree in Property, Real Estate, Commerce or related discipline (preferred)Strong commercial and financial acumen, with deep understanding of industrial and commercial marketsExceptional negotiation, stakeholder, and relationship management skillsAdvanced proficiency in financial modellingThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an expanding organisation.Space Urban is an Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
