About the Role
Property is at the heart of how our cities and regions grow — from education, living and aged care to retail, commercial and community infrastructure. We're looking for a General Manager of Property to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and lead a talented team across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a senior leadership role where you\'ll shape how property projects are delivered in WA, working closely with government, institutional and private clients to deliver outcomes that matter.
What You'll Do
* Provide strategic leadership across WA's property portfolio.
* Grow and nurture client relationships, driving long-term partnerships.
* Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
* Ensure programs are delivered with excellence — on time, on budget, and with impact.
About you
* Proven senior leadership experience in Property sectors (including Social Infrastructure, Commercial Property & Residential).
* 10+ years' experience in construction project management, preferably client-side or in consultancy.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive and government levels.
* A track record of successfully leading large, complex projects and programs.
* Passion for shaping the places where communities live, learn, work and connect.
