Electrical Design Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to provide expertise in electrical design for both single and multi-disciplinary projects. This role will involve leading medium-sized design projects and supporting larger projects, ensuring best practice delivery while managing costs and timelines.

* Electrical Design Expertise: Provide electrical design leadership on both single and multi-disciplinary projects.
* Project Leadership: Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects and support larger, more complex projects.
* Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with external clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers.
* Best Practices and Cost Optimization: Deliver best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, focusing on saving time and reducing costs without compromising on quality.
* Client Relationship Development: Build solid, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business development opportunities and understanding their evolving needs.
* Business Unit Development: Contribute to the development and growth of the business unit by supporting strategic goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall success.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
* Strong expertise in electrical building services engineering and design documentation;
* 6 to 10+ years' industry experience on Australian building services projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
* Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sectors;
* Strong client relationship management and project management skills;
* Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.).
