**Commercial Team Assistant**:

We're looking for a Commercial Team Assistant to join our Commercial Department in a role that's all about keeping things running smoothly. Reporting to the General Manager, Commercial, this is a full-time position that would suit someone organised, people-oriented, and passionate about being the go-to person that keeps the wheels turning.
You will be a collaborator, helping a dynamic team through efficient admin coordination, cross-team collaboration, and a positive team spirit. Whether it's preparing for game day, managing travel, organising team meetings, or making sure our guests have a great experience, you'll help bring it all together.
This is a unique opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in the fast-moving world of sport and entertainment — all from inside Australia's premier venue.
**In this role you will**:
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the General Manager and Commercial team.
- Coordinate team meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Support ticketing, catering, and stakeholder experiences on major event days.
- Assist with inbound enquiries, booking coordination and event documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Catering, Events, Brand) to keep things on track.
- Organise internal hospitality activities, team functions, and executive hosting.
- Maintain clear documentation, track payments and help with reporting tasks.Be a team player and a steady presence, contributing to a positive team culture.
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Experience in an administrative or team support role.
- Great organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a helpful nature.
- A calm, steady approach to managing tasks and timelines.
- A natural ability to work well with others and help things run smoothly.
- A keen interest in sports, events or live entertainment is a plus — but not essential.A willingness to occasionally work flexible hours around events.
