About the Role
As the Branch Manager at Grace Removals, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our logistics facility located in Hobart, Tasmania. This is a full‑time role that will see you playing a crucial part in driving the success and growth of our business within the local market.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and coordinate all branch activities, including production, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintenance.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch personnel.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost‑effectiveness.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
* Analyse branch performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality control regulations.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivational work environment.

* Experience in a management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
