What We're Looking For:
 * Has minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
 * Thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments
 * Is flexible with availability – morning, arvo, and night shifts
 * Works well in a tight-knit team and leads by example
 * Has strong leadership skills and is confident in their craft
 * Can handle general kitchen operations, stock control, and kitchen upkeep
 * Is eager to contribute to menu implementation and create interesting, high-quality dishes
 * Can train and mentor junior staff with professionalism and energy
