Our client, a prestigious developer and operator of luxury beachfront residences, is seeking a full-time Cleaner to support their onsite team.
You'll be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards across apartments and shared spaces, helping to uphold the reputation of one of the Gold Coast's most exclusive properties.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:
* Perform daily cleaning duties across residences and common areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
* Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and bathroom consumables.
* Maintain high standards of presentation across lobbies, lifts, pathways, and recreational spaces.
* Dispose of rubbish and recycling in accordance with building procedures.
* Respond to cleaning requests and ensure all work meets the property's luxury expectations.
* Assist with occasional groundskeeping or garden tidying tasks.
* Follow health and safety procedures, including chemical handling and incident reporting.
* Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy in all resident and guest interactions.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in a luxury residential, hotel, or high-end setting.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
* Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and OH&S protocols.
* Friendly and approachable with a team-oriented attitude.
* Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Reliable and flexible, including availability for some weekend shifts or additional support as needed.
