The opportunity
This role sits within the Data & Integration team, responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise integration solutions that connect critical systems across the University.
You will play a key role in leading the delivery of API and integration projects, combining hands‐on development with technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement. Working across a modern integration landscape, you'll help build scalable, secure and reliable solutions that enable better services and experiences across the University.
What you'll do
* Design, build and support APIs and integration solutions across cloud and on‐premises platforms.
* Lead the delivery of integration projects, coordinating timelines, risks and technical outcomes.
* Develop high‐quality, reusable and maintainable solutions using MuleSoft and related integration technologies.
* Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practices across integration and DevOps.
* Collaborate with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver integration outcomes aligned to business needs.
What we're looking for
* Strong experience delivering API and integration solutions using MuleSoft (preferred) or similar integration platforms such as Boomi, Azure Integration Services or comparable technologies.
* Experience designing and developing integrations, APIs and data flows across complex enterprise environments.
* Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL and integration with enterprise data platforms.
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and modern software delivery approaches.
* Sound stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide developers and drive delivery outcomes.
