Key Responsibilities:
* Provide network infrastructure support with 3+ years of experience in a senior Network Engineer role.
* Engage with customers to address their concerns and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Collaborate across teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Required skills include Load balancer, Routing, Switching, Security, Networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark), OSI model, geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies.
