Overview
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.
As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.
Responsibilities
- Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
- Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
- Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
- Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Please note: our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
Qualifications
- You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
- Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
- Customer focused and results driven
- You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
