The Role
The Product Manager – Collaboration Tools and Support is responsible for managing Level 2 support, improvements, and projects for Austrade's digital collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, the corporate Intranet, and other products developed by the Digital Business Systems team. The role ensures these tools are fit‐for‐purpose, reliable, and meet the evolving needs of the agency.

* Salary: $117,157 - $131,786

Duties Include
* Manage Level 2 support queries for Austrade's collaboration tools, working with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
* Plan and implement improvements to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Intranet, and other internally developed applications.
* Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing Austrade's collaboration tools and digital applications.
* Engage with business areas to gather requirements, provide advice, and support adoption of collaboration technologies.
* Maintain product documentation and assist in developing user guidance and training materials.
* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in system performance and user experience.
