We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Structured Finance partners
* Identify new opportunities for Structured Finance across P&A programs or Operating Lease and broker distribution channels
* Prepare and deliver formal monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
* Liaise with credit, operations, and the COO Office to deliver positive partner, customer, and broker outcomes
Requirements:
* Exposure to Business Development and Relationship Management of 3rd Party Asset Finance Introducers
* Proven customer service orientation and sales growth experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field
* A working understanding of financial analysis and credit requirements and policies
