APB Group are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Immigration team based in Sippy Downs.
To be considered for this prospect, you will need to have a diploma level equivalent or higher qualification and at least five years of relevant post-qualification employment experience.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries and redirecting callers;
- Applying knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, policies and documents;
- Greeting clients, ascertaining the nature their enquiry and directing visitors to appropriate persons;
- Handling bookkeeping and financial functions;
- Liaising with other staff to arrange consultations;
- Maintaining records of consultations and company diaries and registers;
- Performing dictation functions, secretarial, clerical and administrative tasks in support of our Immigration Legal Professionals;
- Preparing correspondence and reports and processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records.
A remuneration package between $78,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a full time role, an immediate start is available.
