Everbridge: a fast‑growing global provider of SaaS‑based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions is currently offering an Account Executive position based remotely in Western Australia. This is a full selling role that will include prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing new sales. The Account Executive will sell the full suite of Everbridge solutions, develop relationships with multiple buyers within targeted accounts and close larger level opportunities.
The right candidate is solution‑oriented, builds relationships and takes initiative. They are comfortable working independently or as part of a team on new business opportunities. A positive can‑do attitude, cooperative team spirit and strong customer‑service skills are essential. The candidate must adapt to constantly changing conditions in a multi‑stakeholder environment and be able to build & manage teams as required to achieve specific objectives.
What You'll Do
* Develop a strong understanding of target buyers, domain knowledge, products and competitors.
* Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization.
* Implement a consultative, solution selling methodology.
* Work with Marketing and Business Development to execute campaigns to top buyers.
* Exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly booking quotas.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum of 3‑5 years' experience in software sales, primarily selling into enterprise‑level commercial accounts.
* Experience in a field‑based sales role selling a complex SaaS solution into enterprise customers.
* Strong hunting, prospecting and cold‑calling skills.
* Self‑starter able to work on own initiative and under pressure to deliver on business objectives.
* Experience pursuing business goals in multi‑stakeholder environments.
* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills including PowerPoint.
* Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
