Job Title: Home Library Assistant
At our organization, we have a Home Library service that connects people who cannot visit the library with books and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Select and deliver library materials to individuals at home.
* Provide assistance to customers and their family members with requests.
* Support the promotion of the Home Library service in the community.
* Maintain and manage the Home Library collection.
* Offer excellent customer service across multiple locations.
Requirements:
* A willingness to work towards (or completion of) a relevant qualification.
* A current driver's license and a clear driving history record.
* A Working with Children Check number.
* The ability to provide first aid or complete a first aid course within 3 months.
* A strong commitment to inclusive customer service, particularly for seniors and people with disabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
