Job Purpose
The Administration Officer specialises in Community and Cultural affairs, providing support to our Cultural Committees. The Administration Officer is responsible for coordinating communication, facilitating cultural exchange, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative duties to support community-projects, business projects and ongoing liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires the occupant to be able to foster inclusivity, understanding, and develop positive relationships between the organisation and our communities.
Job Requirements:
Key Accountabilities
* Organise Meeting arrangements for Cultural Committees including TA.
* Agenda and Minutes for Cultural Committees.
* JMB Administration Support.
* Answer phones and reception.
* Assist other business areas where needed
* Work within and comply with all YSRC policies, procedures, and established guidelines
* Work collaboratively with all colleagues, teams, and stakeholders throughout the course of work
* Actively and positively contribute to the YSRC team culture
* Follow all other reasonable management requests as directed.
This is a part time position working 5 days per fortnight
