Ongoing role with regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly hours on weekdays (Monday - Friday). If volunteering remotely must have own computer/internet connection/phone. Please list your times and days of availability on the application form.

The Program

The Strategy, Performance and Innovation Team helps shape the future of Red Cross. We support long‐term planning and make sure everyone is working toward the same goals. To do this, we keep an eye on trends, risks and new ideas – helping Red Cross respond quickly and effectively in a changing world.

As an Administration Support Volunteer, you'll play a key role by:

* Keeping documents and records organised
* Supporting meeting preparation and team coordination
* Helping with communications and reporting

Your support helps the team stay focused on strategy and impact – and contributes to Red Cross making a real difference across Australia.

The Opportunity

We're looking for detail‐oriented people to lend their skills in administrative support. Whether it's helping with scheduling, record management or supporting data reviews and presentation, your contribution will be the backbone of our team's success.

Application Requirements

* For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross
* The role will also require you to hold or apply for a Working With Children Check or Working With Vulnerable People Check depending on your State/Territory. Red Cross can assist you to apply for this check.
* You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV

Red Cross people are expected to act professionally, responsibly, and respectfully towards others, adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures and standards of behaviours. This includes ethical data practices. A failure to meet these requirements may lead to termination of the volunteer agreement. You may be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement when information handled is commercially sensitive.

Volunteers will be supported by a dedicated coordinator and provided with access to relevant data, tools, and documentation. Opportunities for collaboration and recognition will be offered throughout the engagement.
