Support Care Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Support Care Specialist to provide evidence-based care and intervention under the supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
* The successful candidate will participate in the development of a collaborative inter-professional team approach to achieve optimal patient care and outcomes.
* This role involves creating strong partnerships within the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care that is safe, effective, and person-centered.
* Work collaboratively with the Allied Health and Psychology Manager, Allied Health Professionals, Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinators, and other team members.
* Participate in the development of a collaborative inter-professional team approach.

Requirements:
* Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance and have completed a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Grade 2 (or equivalent).
* Eligibility for membership of AHANA as a Practicing Member (Certified).
* Valid Driver's license with no restrictions.
