Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies and processes to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
* Support business initiatives to implement recommendations and improvements.
* Ensure consistent execution of stock management policy across warehouses in ANZ.
* Manage international and domestic freight requirements.
* Drive team member capabilities and performance.
* Provide leadership and strategic direction to employees.
* Foster a safe working environment and behaviors throughout Logistics and Inventory organization.
About You:
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience.
* Certificates in APICS, logistics management, project management, and/or continuous improvements.
* Prior experience in supply chain planning, logistics, operations, or customer service.
* System experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
* Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and customers.
