Interact with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to reduce inventory costs, manage product lifecycle, and optimize customer service levels. Collaborate with IBP and Demand Planning leaders globally to standardize planning processes. Strong technical demand planning skills, people leadership, strategy, communication, and influence are essential.Key Areas of ResponsibilityLead a team analyzing data such as historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, budgets, and inventory to develop demand forecasts. Validate statistical models.Publish consolidated demand plans for the APAC region following global cycles.Work with global Demand Planning Leaders to standardize processes.Communicate demand plans and KPIs to senior leadership and ensure feedback loops.Coordinate with marketing and product development for launch strategies and lifecycle management.Present product rationalization recommendations to executives.Provide visibility to supply chain on demand signals and events.Review KPIs to address misalignments between sales, demand, and supply capacity.Facilitate collaborative planning with stakeholders to meet operational demand goals.Ensure customer service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory metrics are achieved.Develop and improve demand planning procedures, policies, and tools.Oversee demand and sales planning processes, including process improvements.Qualifications - Professional RequirementsDegree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.MBA or master's in supply chain preferred.APICS or similar professional accreditation preferred.Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions.Fluent in English (verbal and written).Background ExperienceMinimum 10 years in business, with at least 4 years managing teams and 5 years in supply chain or marketing.Experience in marketing, sales, operations, or finance preferred.Proven ability to influence across multiple teams.Experience with new product launches, process improvements, ERP systems, and demand forecasting tools.Medical device industry experience is a plus.Additional InformationStryker is a global leader in medical technologies, committed to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative products in MedSurg, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics, and Spine.
