The role involves working under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex tasks within an integrated workforce. The incumbent will liaise with stakeholders at all levels, build good working relationships, and serve as a point of contact for enquiries.ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality, reliable documentation to capture key information in the Capability Life Cycle (CLC) to support timely and effective capability decisions.Assist in the coordination, ongoing management, and delivery of project tasks and milestones.Ensure integration and consistency in managing multiple projects and schedules across the Branch and Air Combat Program (ACP) sub-programs.Support multi-disciplinary project teams within the ACP, including strategic planning for resource management and sub-program priorities.Coordinate management of schedules, risks, budgets, and prepare briefings, submissions, reports, and returns related to sub-program progress and issues, in accordance with organizational requirements.Provide clear direction and articulate goals to achieve sub-program and project objectives.Manage working relationships to understand stakeholder requirements and expectations, aiming to minimize risks to scope, schedule, and budget.Assist in developing the ACP sub-program team through ongoing mentoring, training, and professional development.Support project teams in integrating and engaging with the program and project governance frameworks, ensuring consistent and transparent reporting.Identify and interpret relevant legislation, policies, strategies, and business requirements, applying these to the work area.Engage and negotiate with stakeholders on complex issues to achieve desired business outcomes.Work collaboratively to build and sustain effective relationships.Essential RequirementsProvide aviation advice and counsel for briefs and submissions, including communication with CAF and USAF.Demonstrated experience in Hypersonics/SciFire.Active NV2 clearance (TSPV clearance desirable).
