Events play a central role in the social life of our Blue Mountains community. This role assists with the events approval processes within Blue Mountains City Council. The successful applicant will be customer-focused, will have proven attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
The position requires a person with:
1. An extensive range of experience in an administrative role or demonstrated competencies.
2. Excellent communication skills including demonstrated ability to liaise across all levels of the organisation, external agencies, and members of the public.
3. Demonstrated understanding of the need for attention to detail in researching and preparing information with the ability to effectively proofread work for consistency of layout and errors.
4. Proven commitment to customer service.
5. Ability to work under pressure with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Remuneration: commencing at $66,381 gross per annum (+ super)
