We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.


Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing the sales floor, and leading a team of sales associates. They will also be required to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Managing stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience
* Developing and implementing sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and events to drive foot traffic and sales
* Collaborating with the Store Manager to set goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or a related industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* A proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency
* A valid driver's license and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
