What success looks like in this role:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator for the deskside support contract on the Australian government account, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT support services to government clients. Your role will involve coordinating and managing the deskside support team, overseeing the resolution of technical issues, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. You will act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, providing timely and effective solutions to any service delivery challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance service quality. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as you will be liaising with both clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Skills and Experience
* Extensive IT Support Experience: Proven experience in IT support, particularly in a deskside support environment, is essential.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage Service Levels effectively, ensuring high performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams, and to handle escalations professionally.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Client-Focused Approach: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Relevant Certifications: Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar are highly regarded.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* Must be Australian Citizen.
* Baseline Security Clerance is preferred.
