Khab is seeking an experienced project architect to join us in our small, values-driven practice. We work on a range of project types, with the majority being residential - from bespoke through to social and disability housing.

experience, and for work-week flexibility. The role requires a well-rounded architect to manage and to contribute to projects in all stages from concept through to documentation and contract administration.
About the You and the Role:
· Projects from concept through to completion
· Act as day-to-day lead on assigned projects, including client and consultant coordination
· Mentor and manage architectural graduates
· Work closely with the Directors at key moments of design, risk, and decision-making
· Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the practice as it grows
· Australian work rights are required with unrestricted entitlement to work in Australia
· years of architectural experience is required for this senior position
· Architectural registration mandatory
· years of residential (or similar scale) projects experience with demonstrated end-to-end project leadership
· Proficient in Revit
· Strong in design judgement, technical resolution, and documentation ability
· Comfortable navigating tension between concept and delivery without dilution
· You enjoy leading projects end-to-end and taking ownership for outcomes

· Contribute further to the Khab team
· Remove delivery pressure from the Directors
· Provide consistent senior leadership across projects including review and markup of other's work.
· Ensure design intent is carried through planning, documentation, and construction
