About the Role
This is a full-time, Colac-based position, providing essential administration and customer service support to our sales, service, and parts teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* General administration duties, data entry, and record keeping
* Handling customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
* Supporting the sales and service teams with documentation and scheduling
* Assisting with accounts and office organisation
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. Previous administration or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. On-the-job training will be provided.
You will bring:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Attention to detail and good organisational ability
* A proactive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
* Basic computer literacy
