CBRE is looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Assistant Facilities Manager to join our award-winning Charter Hall account team in Parramatta. This is a hands-on role across a portfolio of premium commercial buildings, working alongside experienced on-site FM teams who will support your growth every step of the way.
You'll gain broad exposure across operations, maintenance, contractor management and projects - perfect for someone ready to step toward a Facilities Manager role with plenty of training and backing.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple commercial assets
* Working closely with Facilities Managers, contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders to uphold safety, compliance and presentation standards
* Providing leave coverage and assisting with reporting, contractor performance and asset improvements
* Supporting project works and lending a hand to the on-site team during peak periods
What You'll Bring
* Experience in facilities or property management, a relevant trade background or similar transferable skills
* A basic understanding of technical building services
* Strong organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
* A practical, solutions-focused approach, trade exposure is highly regarded
