The **_Paslode_** Trade Specialist will lead the development and execution of a territory plan which targets and converts end users by delivering our Value Proposition. Working closely with our major customers' and brand partners trade representatives, facilitating end user conversions through cold calling, trade events and by making in-field joint sales calls.

Location - Sydney (North)

**The Impact You'll Make;**
- Understand the overall offer of our range of products and services from an end user perspective, eliminating price comparison, focusing on overall benefit, positioning our product to win the market;
- Listens and seeks to understand end user needs, wants and objections;
- Build relationships with key end users to Defend and Extend loyalty to Paslode brand;
- Able to deliver the value proposition through presentations and hands-on training both in store and on-site, closing the loop between us, the channel and the end user.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product and activities
- Execute joint end user calls with distributor sales staff
- Drive in-field conversions, trialling of new product and increasing brand awareness.

**About you**:

- Practical sales and/or tradesperson experience within the industrial space;
- Demonstrated experience and results in developing and implementing growth initiatives;
- Demonstrated experience in the identification of new product/service/market opportunities;
- Self-motivated, energetic and has ability to work both autonomously and as part of the team; and
