About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to enter the finance industry and utilise your administration and customer service skills. You will be working with a team that is committed to growth, a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
A typical day looks like:
* Data entry
* Providing support to our team of credit analysts
* Liaising with external stakeholders and customers whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
* Completing reference checks
* General office administration
* Working to deadlines and targets

* Your communication skills mean that you develop trusting relationships quickly and can communicate to a wide variety of audiences
* You are comfortable learning new systems and ways of working
* You have a can-do attitude and keen to make the customer experience the best it can be
* Be self-motivated and pro-active

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Environment
* Willingness to undergo additional training when required
