A boutique builder based in SOR is seeking a candidate to join their close-knit team. The company builds quality single-storey homes across metro Perth and has a solid reputation for above-average build times, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a welcoming, family-oriented culture.
The role offers a salary up to $130K + Super, with a 4-day work week available pro rata, onsite parking, and flexible start and finish times. You will be working in a tight-knit team where your work is genuinely appreciated, and there is room for flexibility and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects (single-storey homes)
- Preparing procurement schedules, take-offs, and materials lists
- Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep timelines on track
- Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
- Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
Requirements:
- Robust experience in project homes within residential construction
- Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods for single-storey homes
- Strong communicator, happy working in a team-oriented, family culture
- Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
