We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with expertise in education and training to provide clinical support, supervision, mentorship, and education to nursing staff.
This role will involve assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to support ongoing professional development of nursing staff. You will also be responsible for providing direct clinical support, supervision, education, training, and mentorship to all nursing staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or be willing to obtain it within 12 months. You will also need to be credentialed as an Advanced Life Support Instructor or be willing to obtain it within 12 months.

Requirements
* Current nursing/midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
* Credentialed as an Advanced Life Support Instructor or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
* Demonstrated three years' experience as a Registered Nurse providing preceptorship and mentoring to clinicians using adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
