We are urgently chasing a Surveyor with Civil Construction experience for an immediate start with our client across various Civil Construction Project works in Townsville & North Qld.
The important bits:
To be suitable for this position, applicants will be required to complete the following:
* Liaise with construction and engineering teams
* Carry-out survey tasks across multiple projects
* Perform calculations and set-up site survey works
* Perform quality checks during construction
* Good knowledge of GPS machine guidance and files
* Trouble shoot problems on site
* Ensure compliance with all WHS procedures
What we're looking for
* Tertiary qualification in Surveying or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
* Proficiency in the use of survey equipment and software
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
* Valid driver's licence
