Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting clients with morning routines, including bathing and dressing.
* Supporting mobility and therapy goals.
* Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
* Offering social and emotional support.
* Transporting clients to lifestyle activities or appointments.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in aged care or a related field.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring manual labour.
