* Manage centre operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.

* Attract, convert, and retain families by effectively managing tours, enrolments, and orientation.
About You
* Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
* Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
* Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
* Extensive understanding of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
* Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development training for Educators.
