Role Description This newly created, hybrid role is located and will work across a number of our existing and new clients, including consumer tech, gaming, FMCG, beauty, and not-for-profit.
This position will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of creative solutions across multiple channels, including social media, Out-of-Home (OOH), digital display, TV commercials (TVC), PR, and influencer outreach.
This role requires proactive communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
This is a client-facing role, so exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders are crucial.

Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, integrated campaigns across multiple channels (social media, OOH, digital, TVC, PR, influencer marketing).

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong presentation skills and a great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven financial management skills, including budget oversight and profitability management.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms for campaign tracking and optimisation.
