Roles Available
NDIS Support Worker
Assist participants in achieving outcomes such as employability skills, social skills, independence, and improved quality of life
Support participants with high support needs, including behavioural support
Deliver support flexibly online, face-to-face, and in small groups
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Be adaptable to different program needs
Help clients understand employment duties and improve efficiency
Communicate effectively to advocate for clients and CBS Inc.
Build positive relationships with employers, team members, and stakeholders
Use initiative and problem-solving to support clients in maintaining employment
Maintain accurate records with basic computer skills
Collaborate with case managers
Willingness to use personal vehicle for transportation support
Recreation Support Worker
Facilitate personal care activities such as hygiene, toileting, and mobility
Provide behavioural support and document interactions with complex needs
Conduct group activities and one-on-one supports
Adhere to legislative requirements of the NDIS, including restrictive practices
Willingness to use personal vehicle for transportation support
Empower participants to make choices and increase independence
Record case notes accurately and maintain administrative tasks
Position Requirements
Current Full Australian Driver's Licence
Meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements or have a medical exemption
Relevant NDIS/DHS checks and clearances or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid, Manual Handling, and Child Safe Environments Certificates or willingness to obtain
Experience with clinical support plans
Willingness to use personal vehicle for support transportation
