* Drive caravan sales through exceptional customer service and effective market development.
* Oversee inventory levels, showroom presentation, and branch operations. Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in the region.
* Evaluate compliance with industry regulations.
* Nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local community partners.
