Job Description
The Senior Account Manager is a mid‐to‐senior delivery lead responsible for independently managing the execution of TTL campaigns across multiple integrated workstreams.You act as the primary operational owner for day‐to‐day delivery, ensuring all campaign components are delivered on time, on brief, and to a consistently high standard. You are responsible for coordinating clients and internal teams, managing workflow complexity, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple concurrent projects.
This role carries ownership of delivery outcomes, production coordination, and commercial tracking at project level.
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as primary day‐to‐day contact for assigned clients.
* Build and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.
* Manage expectations, feedback loops, and approvals.
* Proactively flag risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
* Translate briefs into detailed scopes, timelines, and delivery plans.
* Manage multiple TTL campaigns simultaneously across channels.
* Coordinate creative, strategy, production, and digital teams.
* Lead weekly WIPs and manage actions, risks, and dependencies.
* Oversee production workflows from briefing through to QA and delivery.
* Ensure outputs meet brand, brief, and technical requirements.
* Support and guide Account Executives where appropriate.
* Ensure clarity of tasks and accountability across team members.
* Support post‐campaign reporting and data consolidation.
* Manage budgets including estimates, POs, invoicing, and reconciliations
* Track spend vs budget and ensure financial accuracy
* Monitor profitability and flag risks, overruns, or scope changes early
Key Skills & Experience
* 3–5+ years' experience in account, project, or production roles
* Strong understanding of creative, media, and production workflows
* Experience with large/global brands advantageous
* Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, job tracking)
* Proficiency in tools (Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, etc.)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
