Vocal Tutor
Requirements of the Position:
* Advanced knowledge and experience in preparing students for music exams (including AMEB and TRINITY).
* Experienced in teaching individual lessons, group lessons, directing ensembles, coordinating sectionals.
* Candidate must work as part of a large team of tutors and be highly organised, professional in presentation, focused and engaging.
* Advanced performance levels on voice (AMusA or equivalent performance standard).
* Experience in teaching instrumental music lessons in a school setting (primary and/or secondary).
* Be supportive of the aims and Christian ethos of the College.
* Position requires tutor to be available at various times during school terms (school hours and after hours).
* Must hold a current Blue Card or willing to obtain prior to commencing.
* Hours and days of work to be negotiated.
