As Duty Manager you will wear many hats: manage, recruit and train staff, deal with customers' concerns, drive up memberships, prepare reports and attend meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and must be a motivated individual willing to take responsibility, lead a team, and ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.

You must maintain a flexible approach to work and be open to working shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.


Responsibilities

* Manage, recruit and train staff.
* Deal with customers' concerns.
* Drive up memberships.
* Prepare reports and attend meetings.
* Lead a team and ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.


Qualifications

* Previous experience in a supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility.
* First aid experience; registered first aider.
* Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
* Essential: NPLQ qualification.
