You will coordinate daily operations, lead and support field staff, manage vehicles and equipment, and act as the primary operational point of contact for staff and clients. This role is systems-driven and requires strong computer capability, with a significant focus on scheduling, data accuracy and operational software.

The business should be able to expand services, clients and workforce with the Depot Manager confidently and effectively running the depot.

* Supporting onboarding, training and competency development of staff
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, road and traffic legislation, relevant permits and approvals, and company procedures
* Overseeing fleet, plant, equipment and depot facilities
* Maintaining high standards of client service and operational communication
* Contributing to workforce stability, staff retention and a positive team culture
* Ensuring the depot is operationally ready to support business growth, new clients and increased workloads

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Experience in traffic management, civil construction, transport or depot-based operations
* Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in an operational environment
* Strong computer and systems capability, with confidence using operational software and scheduling systems (Traffio or similar experience highly regarded)
* High attention to detail and accuracy when entering job, permit and operational data
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* A sound understanding of WHS obligations and operational compliance
* A current and valid driver's licence (essential)

Desirable but not essential:

* TMI, TMD or higher traffic management accreditation
* Experience managing fleets, plant or operational assets
* Experience working with council or major contractor clients

What We Offer

* A senior leadership role within a growing and well-established traffic management business
* The opportunity to run and develop a depot with autonomy and strong organisational support
* Competitive salaries, aligned with experience and role responsibility
* Stable, ongoing work supported by long-term council and contractor relationships
* Company phone, laptop, uniform, and vehicle
* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
