Key Role Responsibilities
The Main focus for our - Outbound Rescheduling department, is to Reschedule online appointments for our large team of consultants, Australia wide.
This will involve making calls to our large existing client database that grows everyday with new leads but involves “NO” cold calling, all clients know who we are already.
Skills / Attributes Required for Appointment Setters
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
• Proven call centre experience – outbound Sales or Appointment setting
• The ability to work on your own and get the job done.
• Strong morals and ethics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport easily with clients.
• Effective administration and time management skills.
• You must be extremely diligent with your ‘attention to detail’.
• Must have good computer skills and knowledge.
• Passionate about clients
• Guaranteed weekly hours. (35-40 hours per week)
• Dress code – Smart casual business
• This position will suit a friendly and self-motivated person with a solid personality, who is flexible and shows initiative.
