Key Requirements
* Proven experience in building projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
* Background as a Leading Hand, Supervisor or Foreman in the construction industry.
* Detailed understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
* Effective leadership and people management skills to motivate and inspire the team.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to find practical solutions.
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant safety regulations to ensure compliance on-site.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
* Hold a mandatory safety white card for working on Australian construction sites.
* Valid driver's license.
